And if you’re new to the buying process, their free home evaluations and budget-friendly rates are a helpful plus. They also act as mortgage brokers, which gives clients more flexibility, especially if you haven’t secured pre-approval yet.

However, they are closed on weekends, which might be inconvenient for clients with weekday obligations. They also outsource some tasks, so if you’re hoping for everything in-house, this might be a consideration.
