From what we’ve seen, End Result Fitness deserves credit for those 20 or 30-minute sessions they whip up. We noticed that these quick sessions are popular among working or busy clients because they can get their sweat on without committing to a full hour. 

Just a heads up, they’re closed on weekends, so if you’re juggling a busy work schedule, early morning sessions might be your best bet.

What we like most about Love Your Body Fitness is that they have multiple trainers and instructors to accommodate many clients simultaneously. 

We also appreciate that their trainers work together as a team, so if your schedule varies, they’ll set you up with a few coaches so that you can always train when you need to.

Another service we love is their online training program, where clients can do their workouts and routines from the comfort of their homes. We learned that clients can switch to online classes if they can’t make it to the gym or miss a session, which we think is a cool feature.

It’s also a plus in our books that they have a trial offer that is $45 for two weeks of unlimited access to their classes that take place in the gym as well as their online platform.

On the flip side, we noticed that some of their fees are a bit on the higher side. For example, 5 Personal Training Sessions could set you back $450 ($90 per session), a touch higher than the average of around $70 to $80 per session.

Nonetheless, we believe Love Your Body Fitness is a great fit for busy clients, especially parents or working individuals who don’t want to miss out on their fitness and health goals.

REAL Personal Training is a top-notch personal training studio specializing in private and semi-private sessions, performance training, virtual sessions, and customized exercise programs. 

From what we’ve heard, their workout and fitness plans are dynamic and progressive. They keep things moving along at the client’s pace, so you’re never stuck in a rut. 

In addition, even clients who aren’t gym regulars have had a blast because the trainers mix things up to keep it fresh and exciting.

We also have to give props to their trainers for being highly attentive and supportive, especially with clients who are recovering from injuries. They keep an eye on everyone to make sure everything goes smoothly.

However, we think it’s a bit of a downer that they don’t offer nutrition programs to go along with their workout routines. Just something to keep in mind if you’re after a more well-rounded package.

As for their rates and packages, we’re pretty stoked about their offer: a free consultation followed by five sessions for only $99—it’s quite the steal, eh?

One more thing to note is that clients have options like personal, performance, and virtual training, or even an online exercise program, which is handy for those with busy or ever-changing schedules.

SMASH’s Strength Lab is owned and run by Jesse Howland, who is not only a personal trainer but also a natural bodybuilder, military athlete, competitive powerlifter, and nutrition coach—quite the resume.

For us, these credentials and qualifications have helped Jesse dish out some quality fitness plans. What we’ve heard from clients is that they’re getting different routines as they go along, with the intensity or level ramping up right along with them. 

Another thing we dig into is that SMASH’s Strength Lab lives up to its name by specializing in weight training sessions. And we have to give Jesse props for being awesome at training beginners—even those who haven’t lifted anything over 10 kgs in their lives. 

However, we’re a bit worried about his availability and capacity since he’s a one-man team. Also, if you’re simply browsing, you won’t find their rates or pricing scheme on their website; you’d have to reach out or call them first.

Lastly, we’re pretty impressed by Jesse’s track record of working with all sorts of clients, covering a wide range of body types and fitness goals. It’s worth mentioning that some clients we heard from are women, men, and even seniors at 61 years old.
