What I really like is that they manufacture custom cabinets at their local facility using state-of-the-art equipment. They also have an on-site spray booth, so you can choose from many colors while still getting a durable finish.

Just note that their showroom has limited weekend hours, so Saturday visits need an appointment. You also won’t get quick pricing right away since they require a full one-hour consultation before giving an accurate quote.

Working with the team at Gateway was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I love my new kitchen! Another strong point is their full-service design-build setup. They handle everything under one roof, from in-house design to city permitting, which can make the process much easier to manage.

They also keep clients updated through the Buildertrend app, where they upload daily logs and progress photos for remote tracking.

What I like most is the three-year kitchen warranty that starts right at handover, which adds extra peace of mind.

However, the process can be disruptive since your kitchen may be unusable for twelve to sixteen weeks.

But what stood out to me was their daily cleanup. I saw their crew tidy the site every afternoon while working on a house down the street. That kind of care makes a huge difference when a family still has to live through the mess.

The catch is that they’re not the best fit for lighter work. Since their focus is on major overhauls, you’ll need to check first if they accept simple repairs or minor cosmetic updates.

Their customizable 3D layouts are especially helpful during planning, since you can see how your choices fit both your space and budget before work begins.

They also offer warranties of up to ten years on kitchen installations and custom cabinets, which adds extra peace of mind.
