Given their extensive coverage, we’re glad to know that they use technology like thermal imaging to detect hidden issues, such as moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, and electrical overheating. 

It’s also worth highlighting that the PDF reports they send are easy to understand, so it’ll actually fulfill its purpose instead of overwhelming you with a bunch of technical jargon. The practical recommendations they include have been lifesavers for many buyers, especially first-timers. 

But it’s quite a bummer that they don’t explicitly offer same-day or emergency services, which means you’ll have to plan accordingly.
