Pros

  • Highly recommended law firm
  • Responsive and transparent
  • Well-organized and timely
  • Has an excellent track record
  • Fluent in Russian, Hebrew, English, Ukrainian, Mandarin

Cons

  • Closed on weekends
  • Has a small team

Natalia Svechin Law Corporation provides legal services and practices immigration, family, real estate, and wills and estate law.

We’re pleased with the firm’s wide coverage of immigration matters. To name a few, they can help you with permanent residency, temporary residency and family sponsorship applications.

From our surveys, we’re impressed by the high satisfaction and success rate of clients having their permits or visas approved. Some clients got their visas approved and moved to Canada within ten months!

One thing we also look for in immigration lawyers is their communication skills and responsiveness, and it’s safe to say that they pass with flying colours. Plus, Natalia is fluent in Russian, Hebrew, English, Ukrainian, and Mandarin.

You wouldn’t feel overwhelmed or panicked since they’ll update you with all you need to know and are very transparent with any changes to the progress of your application.

We also want to highlight how well-organized and timely they are. All supporting documents are prepared promptly, and questions and concerns are immediately addressed, with attention to detail and absolute transparency.

Although, we’re quite concerned about their small team, consisting of a lawyer and a legal assistant since it puts them at risk of being understaffed.

Nonetheless, Natalia Svechin Law Corporation seems to do just fine — great, to be exact — especially since they’re consistently recommended by their clients, who praise their professionalism, dedication, and results.

Pros

  • Handles previously rejected applications
  • Focuses on immigration law
  • Has an excellent team
  • Provides services in 11 languages
  • Has competitive rates and payment plans
  • Quick processing and approvals

Cons

  • Closed on weekends
  • Requires a deposit

What we like most about Clarke Immigration Law is its team of experts who mainly focus on providing the best immigration services.

They have a lawyer, immigration consultants, and an immigration case manager. And from what we’ve seen, they work well together and have handled simple to complex cases with ease.

For instance, some clients switched to Clarke Law since their previous applications got rejected. The law team pulled through and got their clients to reunite with their families.

On top of this, we’re impressed by their quick and detailed processing of documents and applications. We also noted clients who received their Permanent Resident visa within four months of submitting their application — now that’s speed!

It’s also worth mentioning that they can provide services in 11 languages, namely English, French, Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Ukrainian, Russian, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

We believe this makes them more accessible, especially since they’ll probably work with non-English speakers or those who only know the basics.

But, just a heads up, they require a deposit before they begin with your application and processing.

Luckily, they have competitive rates and offer payment plans to help you fund your immigration process.

Overall, Clarke Immigration Law is a good place to start or even go for another try if your previous lawyer or application was a bust.

Pros

  • Wide range immigration services
  • Fluent in English, French, Mandarin, Russian, and Spanish
  • Conducts in-person and online consultation
  • Highly experienced and technical

Cons

  • Has a small team
  • Closed on weekends
  • Slightly pricier than other firms

A stand out of Fridman & Co. Immigration Law Office is their wide range of immigration services, from individuals to families to businesses — they cover it all!

We have to give them props for having successful clients wanting to invest or establish a new business in Canada. It applies to other applications, especially for refused and troubled client cases.

We also noted many praises from clients, saying that the team made a complicated and confusing process easier. They take the burden of figuring out what to do with your situation and move forward with a foolproof plan.

Conveniently, they can speak and are fluent in English, French, Mandarin, Russian, and Spanish, thanks to their diverse team of experts.

However, we noticed that they only had a small, which has caused slight delays in responding to other clients.

In addition, it seems that their rates are slightly pricier than other firms. So, we suggest you inquire about their consultation and fees over the phone before you engage with them.

On a positive note, we’re glad they hold consultations in person or via Skype or phone calls. This is convenient for busy or elderly clients or those who don’t have someone and can’t come to Canada at the moment.

And don’t worry — we witnessed how organized and efficient the entire team works together, whether in-person or not — most cases point to success!

Pros

  • Specializes in immigration services
  • Open to question via online form
  • Has extensive experience handling complex matters
  • Excellent assessment and planning

Cons

  • Has a small team
  • Limited immigration services compared to competitors

Jerome Immigration Law represents individual and business clients in all areas of immigration law, including applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and citizenship.

Notably, Jillian Jerome has extensive experience handling complex matters successfully. Some of these include medical and criminal inadmissibility, previously refused applications and removals, which we found impressive.

One of the things we like the most about Jillian is her attention to detail, which starts from the moment you ask her a question.

To put it into perspective, lots of clients shared how she carefully listens and takes her time to understand their case instead of treating it just like any other case. For us, this approach allows her to create a plan that would less likely fail, which is beneficial for the client.

Should you consider Jerome Immigration Law, we encourage you to take advantage of their online form to ask or share your concerns about your situation. You can expect a response within 24 hours of your submission, or you could call — whichever is convenient.

But, we noticed that Jerome Law has limited immigration services compared to other immigration-focused firms.

Regardless, Jillian has quite an outstanding track record for permanent and temporary resident applications. Thus, we recommend Jerome Immigration Law for your immigration needs.

Pros

  • Offers free immigration assessments
  • Provides a wide range of immigration services
  • Has a high approval rate
  • Has a large team of lawyers

Cons

  • Slightly pricier than competitors
  • Not available on weekends

Alghoul & Associates Law Firm offers a wide range of services, such as immigration, family, criminal and real estate law. They specialize in helping Individuals, families and companies with immigration and visas for Canada.

We like that they have a large team of lawyers with multiple expertise and experience in the law field. This helps them have a holistic approach with their clients, especially in cases wherein past criminal charges and immigration clash.

It’s also a plus in our books that they offer free immigration assessments via their website, which evaluates your eligibility across various programs.

On that note, we’re glad that Alghoul & Associates have a wide coverage of immigration services, such as citizenship, refugee eligibility, and the Provincial Nominee Program. You can easily check these out on their website to see if you’re qualified to apply.

Although, you should also look out for their rates and make sure you ask for a quote since we noticed that it’s more expensive than other firms.

Fortunately, their team is accommodating and informative, so you could easily ask for a detailed breakdown of their suggestions and fees.

Lastly, we applaud Alghoul & Associates Law Firm for achieving a high approval rate, especially for permanent and temporary resident visas.
