From what we’ve seen, you can expect a clean-cut, uniformed handyman with a fully stocked van, drop sheets, and great manners. Bonus: they’re fully insured and offer a one-year warranty for extra peace of mind.

Even though they handle the “small stuff,” their team brings serious credentials. Their Red Seal-certified techs follow BC building codes and stay up to date through training at ITA, BCIT, and WorkSafeBC.

On the other hand, they’re not the team to call for kitchen remodels or big complex projects.

Nonetheless, we like how the booking is smooth. For instance, estimates and scheduling happen online, and they keep you in the loop with same-day replies and job updates, like photo proof if you’re away.

But we feel a bit iffy after hearing a few clients mention issues with communication, especially on the day of service or when following up.
