These guys are highly experienced, and they have the goods to back it up. They’ve completed 72 renovations and 15 custom homes, and from what we’ve seen, they know how to design and build small and large projects.

Furthermore, these guys specialise in a lot of things! They design custom homes, do home renovations, construct coach houses, and build commercial spaces.

What we like the most is their personalised service, which ensures they can meet your needs within your budget. In fact, they also work closely with sub-trades that give them access to specialised skills.

These guys can get busy, though, since they handle residential and commercial projects. Nevertheless, they’re very responsive and are open six days a week!

Award-winning Level One Construction impressed us immediately. They even received the Havan Awards for Best Renovation, which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

These general contractors work with residential and commercial clients, specialising in transformations. They focus on renovating houses and various spaces, which is awesome, but it also means they have limited services since they don’t do new builds.

It’s fine, though. These guys have an in-house designer who knows how to bring your vision to reality. We love the projects we’ve seen—clean, modern, and full of character.

The free 15-minute phone call is a cool addition, which essentially allows you to discuss with them what you want. Although there are many appointment slots, they’re not available on weekends.

On a better note, we love how they work within the budget, showing their effective management. Most clients even noted their efficiency, as their renovations were completed on time!

A general contractor that focuses on sustainable practices is always a good thing. That’s exactly why we chose Beauhome Renovation—they use eco-friendly methods as much as possible!

They’re all about stress-free renovations, which is another reason we like them. Based on what we saw, they helped every step of the way and made sure every process went smoothly.

Plus, it’s awesome that they do residential and commercial projects in the Lower Mainland. And while we do like their services, they specialise in renovations only.

It’s all good. These guys work on single-family homes, condos, restaurants, and offices, as well as the remodelling of commercial buildings. So while they’re not an all-around service, they’re still the complete solution for renovations.

We also want to mention that their rates are competitive. These contractors offer fixed prices and work within the budget.

One of the most important things is that they’re easy to reach and coordinated with tradespeople on time!

Having been around since 2010, Twin Lions Contracting boasts a lot of experience, a vast network in the industry, and has won several awards, including CHBA Best Renovation Detail 2021. They’ve also completed over 400 projects!

We love their connections because, by knowing the right sub-trades, you can rest assured your project will have the right people for it.

The collaborative environment we’ve seen is worth noting, like when they actually share information, because it keeps everyone in the know.

These folks focus on new residential construction and renovations. However, it’s a bummer they don’t cater to commercial clients because they’re really good at what they do!

Based on what we’ve observed, their team can bring your vision to reality. They can do pretty much any style you want while maintaining the space’s aesthetics and functionality, showcasing their creativity.

Their office isn’t open for consultations on weekends, unfortunately. It’s no biggie since they’ve been super responsive to our inquiries.
