However, securing a guaranteed fixed price requires fully engineered blueprints — they refuse to quote on conceptual designs.

But you should be aware that their primary contact number relies on an answering system, which means you’ll need to leave a message and wait for a callback during urgent situations.

Fair price and quality work. NGCS Contracting Services removed a non-load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room and installed a closet in our guest bedroom. Mo arrived every day on time and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. He adapted easily when the scope of work increased and provided excellent recommendations for an electrician when required to complete the project. Excellent and honest from beginning quote to end of build, anything that i saw not to my standard was fixed immediatly . Definitly reccomend even tho they are not the cheapest ,their quality of materials and workmanship is  worth every penny.

Before hiring this provider, though, know that the initial intake procedure is slow, often taking up to two days to receive an introductory response. 

The builder also heavily prefers conducting discovery phases in person, which might inconvenience those looking for a completely remote consultation process.

I truly cannot say enough kind words about Matt and his team at Riva. They were extremely honest and communicative, and were always available to discuss anything we might have questions on. If there were ever any issues or delays (and there weren’t many – a testament to their planning and project management), they let us know within hours of it becoming apparent.
