We recently had the pleasure of visiting Twogether Dental, where Dr. Iliana Paparisto leads a team of dedicated professionals. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that put us at ease.

Dr. Paparisto’s credentials are impressive; she holds degrees from the University of Toronto, Umea University in Sweden, and the University of Manitoba. Her international experience in Paris and Stockholm shines through in her innovative approach to dental care.

Moreover, the quality of service at Twogether Dental is outstanding. Dr. Paparisto’s focus on precise and gentle care ensured that our treatments were both comfortable and effective.

Additionally, their efficiency in handling appointments and procedures was remarkable. We appreciated how quickly we could get in and out, without feeling rushed or overlooked.

Furthermore, affordability is a key highlight at Twogether Dental. For instance, their Invisalign service starts at just $2800, making it an accessible option for many.

Not only is Invisalign affordable, but it also promises to straighten teeth twice as fast as traditional braces. The clinic offers a free consultation and no-charge smile scan to get you started, emphasizing their commitment to convenience.

In addition, the facility offers flexible monthly payments with no interest, which was a significant benefit for us. The added bonus of free teeth whitening and their 100% satisfaction guarantee truly sets them apart.

The clinic itself is state-of-the-art, featuring the latest dental technology to ensure top-notch care. The ambiance is modern and comfortable, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Lastly, Dr. Paparisto’s passion for dentistry is evident in every aspect of her practice. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and continually updates her knowledge through ongoing education.

Her multilingual abilities, speaking English, French, Italian, Swedish, and Albanian, further enhance her ability to connect with a diverse patient base. This personal touch, combined with professional excellence, makes Twogether Dental a top choice for dental care.

One of our favourite aspects about Dr. Ji-Hae Kim is her impressive credentials. She finished her Bachelor’s Degree and Master of Science at the prestigious McGill University.

Additionally, she finished her Bachelor of Dentistry at another top-ranking institution, Australia’s University of Sydney. Honestly, we’re glad she moved to Canada to continue her practice!

Furthermore, we found her experience impressive. She’s been practicing for over a decade, specializing in preventative dentistry.

At Toronto Beach Dental, we were glad to learn that she offers a wide variety of services for any dental problem! Some of these include crowns and bridges, veneers, fillings, dentures, and root canal therapy.

A massive advantage is the clinic has many dentists available. If Dr. Kim isn’t available, she can refer you to a specialist.

The clinic is accessible via the TTC, which is good news for Torontonians! On top of that, we like the street parking near the clinic; just check the parking timeslots if you don’t want to get towed.

Notably, Toronto Beach Dental is wheelchair-accessible. We appreciate that they take their time providing a removable ramp for easy access.

Plus, Dr. Kim and her team are available on Saturdays! If you have a kid with toothache, there’s no need to be absent from school—and yes, she accepts clients as young as 2 1/2 years!

Sadly, we heard a few issues regarding incorrect billing. Nonetheless, these seem to be isolated incidents and don’t happen anymore!

We also think they make up for it by providing patient financing, allowing Toronto residents without insurance to get dental services. You can get 0% interest payment plans as well!

Dr. Feisel Haji has an outstanding resume from his over two decades in the industry. In fact, he treated medically compromised patients during his general practice residency at Hamilton General Hospital.

We also appreciate his dedication to the field. This is evidenced by his commitment to advancing his skills by pursuing continuing education.

Furthermore, he works with Project Restoring Smiles, an initiative offering free dental care to women who are survivors of domestic violence. Now, this is worth highlighting s it shows his dedication to dental care.

Besides that, we admire Dr. Haji for co-authoring two peer-reviewed journals in dentistry: The Journal of the Canadian Dental Association and Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology. It shows his vast knowledge, no?

As for his approach, we admire his welcoming and friendly personality. For us, it shows that he has his patient’s best interests at heart!

Dr. Haji is also the practice owner of Soho Dental, a clinic we really like due to the cleanliness and the comfortable ambience. Actually, it doesn’t feel like a scary dental clinic at all!

Plus, we appreciate the two locations on Spadina and Bloor. Their clinics are both located downtown, making Soho Dental really accessible in Toronto!

However, it was disappointing that Soho Dental is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. That’s why we need to slash some points for availability.

Still, we think Dr. Haji is worth taking time off work due to his expertise. Hence, he’s one of our picks of the best dentists in Toronto!

We included Dr. Judy Sturm on our list because of her extensive experience as a dentist in Toronto. Her dental expertise is pretty vast—over thirty years!

Impressively, Dr. Sturm graduated from prestigious universities, the University of Toronto and the New York University Dental School. We all know the former is hard to get into, and the latter is one of the best dental schools in the United States!

Another incredible aspect is she’s a widely recognized dentist in Toronto. In fact, she was voted Best Dentist in Toronto by NOW Magazine not once but six times!

As a general dentist, Dr. Sturm’s services are pretty vast, making her a go-to to make tooth problems go away! She specializes in fixing chipped or rotated teeth, teeth whitening, veneers, dental implants, crowns, and bridges.

It’s worth mentioning that Dr. Sturm offers virtual consultations, where you can upload a selfie and receive potential treatment options before your in-person visit. Convenient!

Meanwhile, her clinic, Dr. Judy Sturm & Associates, has a bright and welcoming ambience thanks to her friendly staff—we highly approve! We just hope they can add Saturday appointments for patients with busy work schedules.

Nonetheless, we appreciate Dr. Sturm for trying to squeeze same-day appointments for emergencies. It speaks about her accommodating nature, no?

A product of the University of Toronto, one of Canada’s top-ranking schools, Dr. Mahan Alavi, is one of our favourite dentists in Toronto due to his training. His pursuit of continuing education piqued our interest, too.

Furthermore, he studied at the Kois Center, Misch Implant Institute, and The Dawson Academy. For us, it shows his dedication to learning advancements in dental technology—a notable quality!

We also like how his experience includes providing dental care to medically compromised individuals. Plus, his residency at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre also gave him training in maxillofacial services.

It’s a bonus for us that he speaks English and Farsi. His being bilingual means he’s helpful to newcomers in Toronto, especially those afraid to go to the dentist.

What’s even better is that we found that Dr. Alavi provides emergency services. He accepts same-day appointments, which not all dentists in Toronto offer.

But you can opt for a Saturday appointment if you don’t have an emergency. Again, not all dentists offer this, so we wanted to mention it!

Plus, we like how accessible his services are because his clinic, Dentist on King, is in the heart of downtown Toronto. It’s directly above King Station! Convenient, eh?

Despite all these convenient aspects, we think Dentist on King’s limitation lies in their small team. Not many dentists are available, which is bad news when Dr. Alavi has a packed schedule.

What impressed us about Dr. Peter Christakos is he graduated valedictorian from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. It’s a world-renowned and prestigious Canadian educational institution!

Additionally, we appreciate that he stays active in various dental organizations, showing his commitment to the field. Some are the American Academy of Clear Aligners and the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club.

Furthermore, we think it’s worth noting that Dr. Christakos keeps himself updated with the latest advancements. For us, that’s highly useful since the dental industry is rapidly growing with the latest technologies.

He’s well-versed in general and cosmetic dentistry, too. So, we like how he’s a go-to for any tooth problem you have, from simple cleaning to adjusting crooked teeth!

Dr. Christakos practices at Museum Dental along Bloor Street. Can we just praise how clean the clinic is? It’s well-maintained and offers plenty of privacy for every patient.

Plus, we appreciate how the staff meticulously discusses all the payment options with their patients. We found that really useful for clients without insurance.

As for the clinic staff, our surveys showed how professional and friendly they were. We love good customer service here, and that’s why Museum Dental earns some points in our book!

Sadly, we found that the clinic doesn’t accept weekend appointments. Still, we were pleasantly surprised that they have long operating hours four days a week—until 7:00 PM!
