They don’t just fix computers, but laptops as well. What’s awesome is that they repair all major brands, such as Apple, Lenovo, and Dell, all with a 90-day warranty!

Plus, their computer repair services are very extensive, ranging from screen replacements to software problems. During our surveys, we learned that they can deliver what was promised, as most clients had their computers successfully fixed!

As we delved more into it, we learned that they’re a repair service that offers good value for money. First Rate Tech provides free diagnostics, charges reasonable prices in the area, and has a No Fix, No Fee policy—and we’ve seen how they follow through with this!

Everything is convenient with them, overall, even though on-site repairs require appointments. We still love their free pickups and drop-offs, which simplifies the whole process for clients.

When it comes to experience, PCTECH Computer Services nailed it to the ground. It’s impressive that their business has been around since 1989, making them a veteran in the industry.

These guys do have the expertise, as they accommodate individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Their knowledge in fixing small and big repairs is one of the reasons we chose them, whether it’s lost data or a virus you’re worried about.

It’s worth highlighting that they offer mobile computer repairs, where the technician will come to you! There’s no need to bring your whole system, wherever you are in Vancouver, since they cater to the Lower Mainland.

We’re just bummed that PCTECH is closed on weekends. Though the silver lining is that they offer discounted prices for clients who drop off their computers in the shop, since no travel fees are included.

Other than the weekend unavailability, they’re a solid choice for computer repairs. They still accommodate after-hours support if they can arrange it.

In Vancouver, Burrard Laptops is a place where most of our staff go for IT solutions. Their services come in handy for businesses, considering they offer 24/7 IT support and subscription plans for tech support.

Another reason we chose them is because of their expertise in repairing various kinds of brands and models, including Dell, Microsoft, and Apple. That includes fixing hardware and software issues!

Their services are fast, too! From our observations, they can repair a computer in just a couple of days, or within the same day if it’s a quick fix.

The thing is, if you need a quick online estimate, there’s a $25 fee. But overall, we found their prices fairly decent compared to other shops in the area.

We would also like to see an improvement in customer service, since there were reports of slow responses. Other than that, Burrard Laptops is still a convenient service, as they offer remote support and on-site visits in Vancouver.

It wasn’t surprising that The Hackery received praise during our surveys. Their experience in computer repair extends over 15 years, giving them vast knowledge of all kinds of issues.

As we took a closer look, we learned that they do, in fact, know how to fix simple and complex computer problems. They’ve handled quick screen replacements to more challenging data recovery for Apple, Windows, and Linux systems.

They take it up a notch by offering custom builds, which is helpful for hardware upgrades or replacements. Plus, finding replacement parts is fairly quick in this shop because they carry various secondhand components.

Unfortunately, The Hackery is a drop-off and pickup service, so there’s no remote repairs. Their shop also gets busy. For instance, we had to wait a while before speaking with a technician during our visit.

On the positive side, their services are affordable! Their rate is $110 per hour, which is cheap when compared to other repair shops in the area.

We love a convenient service, which is what Moe Repair is. Their technicians make the whole process seamless by offering on-site services.

On top of that, they’re available for shipping. How? You can drop off your computer and they’ll take care of shipping, which includes real-time tracking updates.

But since they’re located in Coquitlam, they’re a bit of a drive from Vancouver. Nonetheless, it’s cool that they offer free pickups and delivery in Greater Vancouver, so you can opt for that instead.

We also like that they work with individuals and businesses, and they offer comprehensive support for both! Upon closer assessment, we found that they’re skilled in repairing all kinds of computers and operating systems.

Additionally, they provide remote services for software problems. The noteworthy thing is they’re reliable and gave easy-to-follow instructions, which is helpful for non-techie clients.

Honestly, they’re a good value for money. Apart from successful computer repairs, they’re fairly priced and they don’t upsell their services.
