This longevity lends to their expertise, which is one of the most important things you need to look for in a contractor. 

Our confidence in their services only grew further when we learned that they have projects all over Edmonton, from offices to hotels and anything in between.

Their coverage area is quite impressive as well, as they provide services in places like St. Albert, Morinville, Sherwood Park and Spruce Grove.

Drawing from the info we gathered in our surveys, one of the things that we truly appreciate about their contractors is that they follow the allotted budget strictly. In our books, this is a crucial factor in a project.

Next on our list Coogee Construction Ltd. We’re impressed to find that it has been around since 1997, and we found that it’s one of the most reputable and reliable options for those looking for commercial renovators in Edmonton!

One of the things we love about this Coogee Construction is their efforts to meet tight deadlines and budgets. 

We think this aspect is perfectly showcased in their tenant improvements & general contracting services, which is when they essentially turn a client’s space into anything they want.

We also wanted to highlight their basement development services, which is exactly what it sounds like. Here, the clients will work closely with one of their contractors to find out how they want to renovate their unfinished basements.

They could either turn it into another bedroom, a recreational room or anything in between. Plus, the talented team will be able to do this without causing disturbance in the main living quarters of the clients, which is pretty neat.

Our only gripe with Coogee Construction was that their services could be more extensive compared to others in the industry. However, one could see this as a quality over quantity thing, and you won’t be wrong with that.

Overall, we think Coogee Construction Ltd. is a solid contractor that features a handful of services that have been satisfying the people of Edmonton for over 20 years.

When it comes to searching for luxury renovation services, Kay 2 Contracting Ltd., was a name that kept popping up and we easily found out why. 

For starters, we were greeted with their accolades on their website which showed that they’re 2022’s Best Renovation Contractors in Calgary Award. 

Aside from that, they also won the same award in 2018 so we knew that this company was among the cream of the crop in Alberta.

Glitz and glamor aside, we remain confident in Kay 2 Contracting because of its wide array of services, such as home additions, landscaping, custom home renovations and more.

For us, though, one of their most noteworthy services is the main floor addition, which is perfect for families who are starting to outgrow their spaces. 

With this service, clients can expand a floor to incorporate other sections of the house like kitchens, dining areas and more!

Furthermore, we also noticed that they’re pretty hands-on with just about everything. Many clients we interviewed mentioned how Kay 2 Contracting were on top of everything, from planning down to the designing, which is a great trait in our books.

On the downside, we noted that it has above-average prices. But we guess that it’s the price that comes with having luxurious services such as these. 

Belvan Construction immediately caught our eye as soon as we saw the range of their services posted on their official website. 

This range is best showcased in their commercial renovation services, which are broken down into different categories like restaurants, hotels, etc.

Variety-aside, we like the quality of these individual services too. For instance, their office renovation would require one of their contractors to work closely with the client so that the new office space would better reflect the company’s business.

The same expertise can be said about Belvan Construction’s restaurant renovation services, where they’ll handle both the visual and functional side of things. 

Many clients we spoke with also appreciated how the company took care of things like fire regulation and proper ventilation.

Another aspect that’s consistently praised in our surveys is their excellent and constant communication throughout the project. In our books, this is great, especially for important tasks like transforming a space that can cost upwards of a thousand dollars.

The only thing about Belvan Construction that we could see rubbing other people the wrong way is its above-average price point. However, one could easily justify these prices with the quality of their services so do keep that in mind.

We like Integrity Construction Solutions because it offers a handful of useful renovation services. Whether it be full home renovations or basement transformations and anything in between, this company features just about everything!

For us, one of the best services under their belt is the full home renovation. This project is great for clients who want to mix it up with their place while entrusting the outcome to the hands of experts.

Upon checking how projects like this went through our surveys, we noticed how many people gave praises! Many mentioned how they appreciated that the contractor assigned to them was 100% hands-on, resulting in an output consistent with their vision!

Another thing we appreciate about Integrity Construction Solutions is its efforts to make their services transparent. For us, this is a green flag as it further strengthens the bond between clients, presenting zero hidden fees for all their services.

We also like how they keep up with their promise of having all their services helmed by certified and reliable pros! From what we’ve seen, Construction Solutions has various experts in their company, including craftsmen, installers, and tradesmen.

Although, we’re just a bit iffy that their offices are located outside of Edmonton, which could be a problem for some clients. We found that their prices are quite high as well.

So, we think Construction Solutions is great for people who aren’t necessarily on a tight budget, as it offers world-class services that are helmed by tenured teams.
