One thing to keep in mind: their West Georgia Street office is closed on weekends, so you’ll need to squeeze them into your weekday. We also came across a few mentions of delayed responses after initial contact. If you’re dealing with something time-sensitive, it helps to get a direct line to someone on the team.

On the downside, we did hear some complaints about administrative mix-ups, like mismatched signatures or tricky transfer situations. 

But to their credit, AMC stays involved after the paperwork’s done, helping with renewals and claims so you’re not left figuring things out on your own.
