They ensure a non-denominational environment where anyone can learn without prerequisite experience, though advancing to the Master level requires a strict six-month waiting period after Level II. 

The full-day certification workshops can also be quite exhausting for learners, which might slow down rapid progression.

The shop inside is gorgeous and I loved how open, clean and airy the space felt. I went to a yoga class with their instructor Keira who I absolutely love. Finding an instructor who bridges allopathic medicine and holistic wellness brings a comforting level of institutional professionalism to spiritual training. 

Learning from someone with decades of private practice experience is also invaluable for newcomers seeking hands-on, practical application. 

That said, a notable drawback for traditionalists is the lack of physical contact during these modern Holy Fire placements, which deviates from older Usui rituals. 

Additionally, booking a private one-hour session outside of class hours sits on the higher end of the local pricing spectrum.
