Most importantly, her surgeries are planned down to the last detail, including scar placements. Her focus on enhancement with realistic outcomes is a breath of fresh air, starting with a thorough consultation to see which surgeries are appropriate.

Her specialisation is vast, but she mainly focuses on women’s bodies. There are surgical and non-surgical procedures, despite not focusing on men’s surgeries, such as breast augmentation, mommy makeover, facial fat transfer, and dermal fillers.

When it comes to expertise, Dr. Arash Izadpana doesn’t disappoint. He’s a board-certified plastic surgeon who is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the CISSS des Laurentides.

His track record is nothing short of impressive, as he’s performed surgeries on thousands of patients. He mainly specialises in mommy makeovers, but also performs men’s surgeries, albeit limited.

In addition, he works on cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, including arthritis-related concerns. Add those to non-surgical procedures, and his specialisation is incredibly vast.

Dr. Izadpanah has performed exceptional surgeries, regardless of the patient’s age. The post-op results we’ve seen have been unique for every patient, whilst looking natural—the kind that people won’t know you’ve had surgery.

As far as communication goes, we saw no problems because he and his staff have been responsive pre and post-op, even with a busy schedule. We appreciate them for making sure that every patient is informed and reassured throughout.

We were nothing short of impressed by Dr. Mirko Gilardino, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Montreal with over two decades under his belt. His previous work in children’s reconstructive surgery gives him in-depth knowledge of complex cases.

His long list of credentials is outstanding, including being the former director of McGill University Health Care’s plastic surgery program. Now, he heads two plastic surgery clinics in Montreal: in Centre-ville and Royalmount.

All his experience also means he specialises in a wide range of facial, breast, and body procedures. Some of these include rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, and breast revision.

What truly deserves a highlight is his patient-centred approach, where he seeks the best-looking results for his patients. All this whilst considering safety and options that will work for their body, without being pushy, mind you.

A little heads up: Dr. Gilardino’s services are a tad pricey. It makes sense, though, given his wide expertise and extensive training in the field.

Our team wasn’t at all surprised that Dr. Ali Izadpanah made it to our list, a triple board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Montreal who has experience working on complex medical cases, including microsurgical reconstruction.

One of the highlights is his work in men’s and women’s plastic surgery, and he has a vast expertise. He does face, breast, and body procedures, such as breast augmentation, and a good range of intimate surgeries.

Moreover, we were pleased with the range of men’s surgeries he performs. There are the gladiator male makeover (the equivalent of a mommy makeover), abdominal etching, and male breast reduction.

Incredibly, Dr. Izadpanah practices in two clinics: Station-L Medispa and Westmount Surgical Institute. Thus, he’s a busy surgeon, so expect a longer waiting time than usual, even at the clinic for initial appointments.

He’s worth the wait, anyway. During our surveys, most clients were happy with his professionalism and the results they got, which were transformative and refined.

Dr. James Lee is one of our most trusted board-certified plastic surgeons. His career began with reconstructive surgery, which makes him highly qualified due to his focus on aesthetics and function.

He specialises in men’s and women’s plastic surgery, such as mommy makeovers and daddy do-overs. It’s quite nice to have a surgeon who caters to both sexes, as he can work on gender-specific concerns.

What we’ve seen has been incredible, too. The patients we surveyed were more than happy with the results, as Dr. Lee focuses on enhancements that look natural, not overdone.

It was to be expected, honestly. His patient-centred approach means he considers the patient’s unique anatomy and goals. To top it off, his transparency and willingness to refuse patients who aren’t good candidates show his ethical standards.

Dr. Lee does have limited openings for plastic surgery, but it’s not that long of a wait. His staff helps with the scheduling, anyway.
