Plus, it’s cool that they work with residential and commercial clients. They can keep your business clean since they work with schools, restaurants, and even hotels!

When it comes to availability, we were sold! JUST JUNK is open daily and offers same-day service in Vancouver, which makes things easy peasy!

The easy booking system is a bonus because you can pick your own schedule. That’s handy for busy clients!

Sadly, we did hear some issues regarding inaccurate estimates. But when it comes to the final price, they’re not bad.

We love how all-around EZ Junk is. They offer junk removal services, but you can also ask their assistance with demolition— really handy for construction and renovations.

It’s impressive that they can remove large items, such as filing cabinets, bathtubs, tires, concrete, mattresses, and yard waste. The cool thing is this includes e-waste, like microwaves, TVs, and other electronics!

From what we’ve seen, they’re a totally green company! About 80% of the junk they collect is recycled, which really says a lot about their care for the environment.

On top of that, we love their other offerings. They’re demolition contractors and they offer dumpster rentals, which basically makes things super easy for you.

They’re not available daily, though. But that’s not a big deal because these guys are responsive and offer same-day bookings— most clients mentioned they were on time!

Budget-wise, we think they’re a solid choice. We appreciate the transparent estimates and reasonable prices.

We love reliable services, which is why we decided to include 24 Hour Junk on our list! Not only are they available seven days a week, but they’re open 24/7 (they stuck to their name, thankfully!).

Their junk removal service includes large and heavy items, so there’s no need to worry about doing all the hauling yourself. They’ll remove mattresses, scrap metal, glass, and renovation waste.

Their services don’t stop there! These guys are equipped for estate and hoarding cleanouts, demolition, and post-construction cleanups— basically, they’re a one-stop shop for waste disposal.

The awesome thing is if what you need is not on their list of services, you can still contact them to see if they can accommodate you. And based on our experience, they’ve been very accommodating!

The only bummer is their coverage area doesn’t include North and West Vancouver. But with their affordable prices, we think we can forgive that.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a very accessible service. They have branches in different locations, which means you can contact them even if you’re in North and West Vancouver!

Aside from the wide service area, we also really like their offerings. They haul junk away from homes and businesses, which includes pretty much any rubbish you can think of.

Plus, there’s no need to worry about scheduling because they’re available seven days a week. We like the booking system too, since you can choose your own schedule.

Their recycling process impressed us. Based on our research, they work with nonprofits and community centres to donate most of what they collect, which is way better for the environment.

However, they’re not the most affordable. Most clients found them pretty pricey, but that’s fine since they’ve been praised for efficiency.

To top it off, the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team was consistently praised for being very careful throughout the whole process!

For us, Doug’s Rubbish Removal deserves a spot because they’re actually reliable. Their coverage area is one example, which stretches from the Lower Mainland to Fraser Valley— and yes, that includes North and West Vancouver.

We do have to slash some points for availability. Unfortunately, they’re not available daily, but on the positive side, they do accommodate weekends by appointment.
