Everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients. There are so many options, including sweet and savoury waffles, omelettes, espressos, and smoothies—their chicken waffle drizzled in sriracha maple syrup comes highly recommended.
A sweet breakfast choice is the strawberry delight waffle topped with dark Belgian chocolate. Their espresso options go perfectly with any meal, but you can’t go wrong with a fresh fruit smoothie—try the yummy peanut butter smoothie!

- It’s best if you can get here early because the place tends to get full. Don’t be surprised to see long lines, especially if you plan on dining in.

We always like adding either a waffle or yogurt on the side. And if you like tea, the London Fog is a good option, but you can always opt for a rich and creamy hot chocolate.

- Better to book a reservation for a sure-fire table. This isn’t located along Jasper’s main street, and if it’s fully booked, you’ll have to drive to find another place to eat breakfast.

You make your own sandwich at this deli, kind of like Subway but more affordable. We recommend getting the multigrain bread with turkey meat and cranberry chutney and your choice of vegetables and cheese—you can even add more sauces if you prefer!
If you pass by and it’s not sold out yet, try the freshly baked chicken pot pie! It’s yummy and perfect to bring back home or to your accommodation!

But don’t be fooled because this hidden gem makes incredible coffee using high-quality beans. The latte paired with a slice of banana bread is a good light breakfast while running some errands.

It’s an ideal spot for light breakfasts for tourists, actually. Everything is baked from scratch, and the pastries have a perfect crunch on the outside but remain soft on the inside.
Some must-tries are the scones and cinnamon buns paired with freshly brewed coffee, which is perfect in the winter. Try the seasonal desserts, especially pumpkin-spiced everything during fall—the pumpkin tarts are available year-round, though!

Although more famous for happy hour, you still get served breakfast meals. The waffle tower is an ideal kids’ meal with fresh berries, syrup, and whipped cream, while adults will love the eggs benny, which has perfectly cooked but runny yolk.

The Italian sausage burrito is a must-try for meat lovers—it comes with bacon, sausage, ham, eggs, hashbrowns, and cheese. Veggie lovers have lots of options, too, like our favourite vegetarian burrito, with eggs, mushrooms, hashbrowns, spinach, and cheese.

The menu is customizable because substitutions for potatoes and bacon are allowed. We always opt for the house salad to add some greens to our diet.
But a definite must-eat is the loaded avocado toast, which has mashed avocado, tofu, cashew cream cheese, and arugula, all nestled in sourdough toast. Pair it up with a yummy nutty banana smoothie!

Each pizza is filled to the brim with ingredients! You can’t pass up the three-cheese pizza filled with cheddar, mozzarella, and feta.
And if you’re planning on coming here, make sure your tummy’s empty. The breakfast poutine skillet is a perfect Canadian breakfast, which has roasted potatoes, eggs, cheese curds, and hollandaise sauce.
