Mr. Payday Loans makes it easy for Vancouverites to get cash whenever they need it. They’ve been in the business since 2002, which pretty much cements their reputation.

We like how easy it is to apply: fill up the online form and get approved—they have high approval rates too! It usually takes as little as 30 minutes and you can get the money generally within the same day, which comes in handy when you need the loan fast!

Plus, it’s very convenient because they accept different types of income, even if you’re not currently employed. If you get a pension and benefits, you can apply for a loan.

Unfortunately, they don’t offer loans to self-employed individuals. While they do check if there’s a steady source of income, this still doesn’t guarantee approval.

The customer service isn’t perfect (sometimes slow), but we appreciate that they’re mostly quick. Based on our experience, they do answer the phone.

What we like about Pay2day is they’re very accessible. These guys are open 7 days a week and you can apply for a loan any time online, via the website or the mobile app!

It’s awesome that you can get cash by applying in person or receive your loan in your bank account via online application. The perk of going in-store is getting the cash immediately and the possible deals or promotions that aren’t available online.

However, they don’t accept phone applications—it’s something worth mentioning but it isn’t a big deal in our books, anyway.

Meanwhile, they specialise in payday loans in various areas of Canada, which don’t require credit checks as usual. It’s nice you can borrow up to $1,500, which you can receive within 1 to 2 hours—in reality, it’s sometimes faster!

And for repayment, we appreciate the flexibility. You can choose via automatic withdrawal from your bank account, e-transfer, cash, or debit—these aren’t usual choices in other payday loans in Vancouver!

Focus Financial brings in the cash when you need it, and we can safely say they’re very efficient. Applying for a payday loan in Vancouver is easy because you can do it online, 24/7!

However, their business hours don’t include Sundays. That’s a bummer if there are issues with your application for a payday loan because you have to wait until the next day.

But as usual, clients loved the “no credit checks” approach. What stood out was the very quick approval process, which clients mentioned only takes 30 minutes—and yes, the loan (up to $1,500) is transferred within minutes!

Unfortunately, they don’t have an office for in-person applications. But hey, you can do it via the mobile app or on the website, so that’s not a big issue.

To get approved, you need an income of $1,200 a month. The cool thing is, if your salary doesn’t meet the criteria, you can contact them for possible exceptions.

We think borrowing money is easy with iCash. Why? Because their process allows you to pay it back in 1 to 3 instalments instead of withdrawing the whole amount from your bank account.

The application process is pretty fast because of their automated approval. Despite not having a Vancouver office to go to, they have a mobile app for quick online applications.

We do want to note that some clients have reported slow service when receiving the loan. On the upside, it only usually takes just 5 minutes to receive your payday loan—that’s faster than we were expecting!

Here’s the catch: they perform credit checks for first-time applicants. While that won’t affect your application, it’s not a common thing for other payday loan services in Vancouver.

Their added services are nice additions, like cashback for every referral. Through their mobile app, you can get a free credit score so you’re always aware of your financial situation.

Loan Express, founded in 2005, has helped many people in Vancouver, which wasn’t shocking at all. During our surveys, we found out that they have a very quick process!

Not only are they fast with approvals, but they actually have a high approval rate! The straightforward process drew us in because when you need money, you need something quick!

We must mention, however, that some clients received their loans hours after the approval. While that’s not a usual scenario, it can still happen, which is why we wish they had an office in Vancouver to go to.

On the positive side of things, you can receive up to $1,500 via bank or Interac e-transfer. And yes, you can apply for a loan any time of day because their completely online service is 24/7.

Plus, you can opt out of a credit check. But we like the option of having one to loan a higher amount.
