Conveniently, their naturopathic doctors accept in-person, phone, and virtual appointments. That allows many clients to choose their preference, especially if they want to avoid rush hour traffic.

But it was a bummer that they don’t offer free consultations and Saturday appointments are on a strict appointment basis only. Still, we appreciate their five-days-a-week availability.

Another good thing is the online booking system, which allows you to view the initial prices. For us, it’s an important aspect because of the pricing transparency.

We were also glad to learn that Vitalia Naturopathic Doctors offers a bunch of services, from naturopathic medicine to medical aesthetics. They also offer laboratory testing, hormone replacement therapy, and SkinPen microneedling.

But what’s even better is their Jump Start Metabolism Program. We found it’s a healthy way to lose weight as it ensures the patient eats a healthy, balanced meal.

Finally, we admire them for specializing in men’s and women’s health problems. They treat hormonal imbalances, skin disorders, metabolic imbalances, and hair loss.

A naturopathic doctor in Vancouver that we trust is Dr. Alexina Mehta. It’s because she’s an award-winning doctor!

Although we admire Dr. Mehta, we found it quite unfortunate that she doesn’t offer free initial consultations for patients to get a better feel of the service.

And while she offers 15-minute complimentary calls, it’s sadly available only at her North Vancouver location. Also, it has limited availability as it’s only twice a week.

On the other hand, we appreciate her for accepting Saturday appointments at her 4th Avenue branch. You can see her if you have a packed work schedule!

With a highly accessible location, Crossroads Naturopathic Medicine makes it to our list because commuters can visit them easily. It’s convenient because there’s underground parking at the clinic’s building, and it’s near bus stations.

Speaking of accessibility, they are open six days a week. But the best part is they accept Sunday appointments even without their front desk staff—another convenient feature for busy Vancouverites.

But we have to slash off some points for availability as they don’t offer free consultations—and the free 15-minute online consultation is only for counselling. Nonetheless, they’re available for in-person and virtual sessions.

One of the aspects that we found impressive is they have a pretty large team of naturopathic doctors. It makes them available for different types of individuals.

Moreover, we also think their list of practitioners can be a massive advantage because patients can choose who they feel at ease with. Comfort and trust are important when seeing a doctor, after all!

It also allows Crossroads Naturopathic Medicine to have the upper hand regarding knowledge and specialization. Each practitioner has their specialties, which means they can offer more services.

For natural healing, we like their variety of offerings. They offer natural medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture. 

But we also like how in-depth they are because of their laboratory testing services to gain a better insight into their client’s health. It goes hand-in-hand with their nutrition services for specialized diets—like an all-in-one service!

With over 35 years of experience under their belt, Integrative Naturopathic Medical Centre makes it to our list of the best natural healing clinics in Vancouver. It certainly helps they’re Western Canada’s largest naturopathic clinic!

On top of that, they’re a seven-time winner of the Consumer Choice Award. Their latest win is for the year 2023!

We love that their clinic is accessible via public transit. They’re also wheelchair-accessible, which we appreciate as not all Vancouver clinics are.

It was just disappointing that they don’t offer free consultations. Nevertheless, they provide telehealth services if you can’t visit their clinic, just not on weekends.

One of our favourites is they have many available naturopathic doctors. It gives clients options to choose who they prefer, and it allows the clinic to offer many specialties.

In addition, we love how experienced their practitioners are. They specialize in men’s and women’s health issues, as well as cancer, skin concerns, digestive problems, and chronic pain.

Integrative Naturopathic Medical Centre focuses on giving patients individualized care by using both naturopathic and functional medicine. We found that important to note because they integrate modern and traditional techniques for natural healing.
