We like that Houdini Locksmith is a one-stop shop if you get locked out. Their wide array of services makes them a go-to to anyone in Vancouver.

They offer residential, commercial, and auto lock services. We like that they can assist you whether you lost your key, have a malfunctioning lock, or need a replacement.

Basically, these guys bring specialized tools to ensure you can get in your home or office without damaging the lock. Plus, it’s awesome they can also duplicate your car keys or fobs if you need a replacement—they can help with programming keyless entry!

It’s also cool that they’re available 24/7 for emergencies all over the Lower Mainland, and they do try to arrive within 20 minutes. However, during our surveys, we learned there were times when it was not guaranteed.

Nonetheless, we appreciate that they always kept clients informed of their ETA. Honestly, a little wait is fine because of their no-fix, no-pay rule!

Northstrong Locksmith earned a spot on our list because they’ve proven themselves to be reliable. They’re available 24/7 in Vancouver, which means you can call them day or night for lock assistance!

During our research, we were happy to learn that these guys have arrived really fast (even if they’re from Burnaby). Some clients even noted that they got the service within an hour and the locksmiths arrived within their promised time frame.

We like that they offer residential, commercial, and industrial lock solutions. But they still don’t offer automotive lock services, which is a minor downside.

On the bright side, they offer lock installations, replacements, repairs, duplications, and maintenance. These offerings are pretty helpful for businesses and homeowners, so that’s a major plus.

Lastly, we like their reasonable prices. It still depends on the service, but we love that they don’t charge by the location, which avoids possible additional charges if you live far away.

One of the things we like about Safe & Secure Locksmith is their vast coverage area. They service Vancouver and its surrounding areas, which is cool because it’s convenient to find a locksmith near you.

It’s also worth noting that they’ve been around for over 30 years, which we believe shows their knowledge and skills in various locks. 

Plus, we like their many offerings because they can reach a wider clientele. They offer residential, commercial, and automotive lock services.

During our inquiry, we learned that they also assist with high-security locks, like Mul-T-Lock systems, which are designed to be hard to pick and drill. To top it off, they also unlock safes and vaults.

Unfortunately, their service calls are priced higher than others. Some clients we spoke with also complained about inaccurate quotations.

But they are reliable when it comes to emergencies due to their 24/7 availability. From what we’ve seen, they’ve arrived quickly!

Tidey Lock & Key Ltd is a key cutting and locksmith service. They even have a physical shop to conveniently get your lock and key needs!

Although they mainly serve North and West Vancouver, it’s a bummer for those who live in South Vancouver. Then again, they also assist those in the surrounding areas, but there’s still a limitation to their coverage.

Their offerings are for residential and commercial locksmith services, as well as key cutting. But the letdown is they don’t offer automotive lock services.

These guys can help repair, install, and replace locks. What’s worth noting is they can assist with keyless and wireless deadbolts, which require specialized equipment (which they have, so that’s cool!).

Based on what we’ve seen, they’ve arrived pretty quickly. Their 24/7 emergency service helps a lot, too!

They’re a budget-friendly locksmith, too! We love their competitive pricing, a massive plus in our books!

It’s cool that United Locksmith specializes in residential, commercial, and government lock services. This makes them accessible to many Vancouverites.

However, they cannot help if you get locked out of your car since they don’t offer automotive lock services. It’s a minor downside, though.

We love that they can work on electronic and high-security locks. Based on what we’ve seen, they have the tools to work on all kinds of mechanisms, which deserve praise!

They’re also available 24/7, so you can call for help anytime you get locked out or lose your keys. When we spoke with previous clients, they mentioned that the locksmith arrived pretty quickly, even during holidays!

To top it off, we love their coverage area because they serve not only Vancouver but also the Lower Mainland.

Price-wise, we love how competitive they are. Even clients who called their locksmith in the middle of the night appreciated the fairly priced services.
