We were impressed by the team’s responsiveness as they got back to us fairly promptly to confirm our booking. 

The limo itself was a pleasure to ride, as it came fully packed with all the entertainment we needed to cruise around town, from plasma TVs to DVDs. Our chauffeur was extremely professional, on time, and called ahead to let us know where he was.

It also goes without saying that they take very good care of their vehicles. The interiors of our limo were spotless, so we were extremely comfortable lounging in it.

Their provision of thoroughly-vetted and well-trained chauffeurs is among the top features of their service. 

In fact, we were particularly impressed to find out that their chauffeurs took and passed the City of Calgary knowledge test that assesses local insight on restaurants, churches, and tourist attractions.

From our experience, one of the things that stood out to us was the friendliness of our chauffeur. We liked that he engaged with us and shared his knowledge of the city, without being too overbearing and still allowing us to enjoy the sights.

We can also tell that our limo was well-maintained, as it was both looked and smelled fresh Knowing that they take care of their vehicles well made us feel safe and at ease throughout the ride.

We think that clients will also appreciate their commitment to punctuality. We didn’t have to do any follow-up calls with them, as they were ready and waiting by the set pick-up time.

Finally, we liked that they were gracious and flexible enough to accommodate last minute requests. We had to modify our itinerary on the scheduled booking, but we heard no complaints or rudeness from their end.

We would definitely recommend Paramount Limousine to anyone who values cleanliness and reliability highly. However, we would advise you to book in advance as they have a smaller fleet compared to other providers.

Trying their limo service was a pleasurable experience, beginning with their customer service. We found booking a vehicle quite easy-breezy via the reservation form on their website.

Their response time is excellent, and the agent who got back to us was kind and helpful, not to mention accommodating of the many questions we had.

We were happy to know that their services are available 24 hours daily, so booking a limo won’t be a problem even during unusual hours.

If our chauffeur was a representation of their entire roster, then we are quite impressed. Not only did he demonstrate expertise in taking us around the city (we booked a multiple-location service), he also went out of this way to strike up a light conversation with us.

For those interested in availing their services, they offer a great selection of limousines – from the regular SUVs and MKT cars to stretch limousines that can accommodate 8 to 25 people. We think this is an extensive enough range to cater to any type of occasion or need.

Of course, the most important part is the experience of riding the vehicle itself and they certainly did not disappoint. We tried one of their town cars and the interiors were clean and pleasant-smelling.

We just wish that they would open their services on Sundays to accommodate more weekend requests.

We booked one of their limos for a casual cruise around town, and were mightily impressed by the amenities. Our limo was equipped with everything we needed to keep ourselves entertained, from audio systems and built-in wet bars to LED lighting and LCD screens.

A word of caution, however: we’ve also heard of some experiences that tell a different story, with passengers feeling unsafe by subpar driving or disappointed by the chauffeur’s tardiness.

On a brighter note, we find their rates quite affordable, with their cheapest service starting at $99. We also appreciate that they offer bundled packages for weddings and graduations, which are the most popular occasions that require limo service.

For instance, their “starter” package for weddings offers 3 hours of transport, along with chilled champagne, crystal glassware, and the classic “Just Married” sign. For couples looking for a no-frills service that doesn’t compromise on special touches, this may be the package for them.

AM PM also boasts a lowest price guarantee, which means that they’re will to match or beat any other quote in the market. We reckon customers who looking for indulgence on a budget will come to appreciate this feature.

However, being one of the largest service providers comes with a cost. In their case, they’ve received some criticisms for deploying vehicles that haven’t been properly cleaned or freshened up.

We hope the company can work on its quality control, as this can add a sour note to the customer’s experience.

Limo To Go is a famous limo rental company in Calgary. Having heard of their great services, we gave one of their limos a try. 

We opted to book one of their stretch limos, which could take in up to 8 passengers, for our night out. We then found out that the company actually provides a free app where customers could book and pay for their rides, which is so convenient.

It goes without saying that our booking was quick and seamless. They guarantee secure payments over the app, so we were assured that our payment details were protected.

For those who don’t feel like downloading another app to their gadgets, you can optionally book a service via the reservation form on their website.

We have to say that our chauffeur’s service and demeanour were impeccable. He really made it a fun experience for us, even willingly taking our photos to document the entire journey.

The ride was the highlight of the cruise, as our limo was equipped with a LED light show, upgraded sound system, accent lighting, and a bar with an ice cooler. It basically had everything we needed to feel pampered and ready to party.

We are also very happy as they have no other hidden fees, unlike other limo rental services. 

We do note, however, that they tend to be more expensive than other limo service providers. Their rates may appeal more to discerning passengers with an extremely special occasion to celebrate or people to take around town.

It’s also important to keep in mind that they may have a minimum number of hours for using their limos, as well as charge extra for pick-ups or drop-offs outside Calgary.
