SkinCasa is a known name in the scene that’s driven by a passionate and talented director along with her amazing team. We’ve heard tons of praise about the company’s principal, Sarah Bu, which is why we were excited to check them out.

Our excitement heightened further when we saw their luxurious clinic, which is located in the Yaletown district of downtown Vancouver. It looks and feels premium and the icing on the cake is the variety of services they offer.

One of these services is dermal filler, which aims to rejuvenate saggy skin, which is one of the main signs of aging. How this works is that they’ll use a specially formulated formula that they’ll inject in the spots of your skin that are saggy.

Although, one thing that caught our attention about this clinic is that it follows a membership-only approach, which can be a double-edged sword.

On the good side of this kind of program, it’s great because it lets you experience a personalised kind of treatment. It’s a sort of exclusive club where you’ll work closely with medical professionals to rejuvenate your skin and prolong your youthful look.

However, some people may not be a fan of this kind of approach, especially those who aren’t too big of a fan of commitment. Furthermore, some people may prefer establishments that will simply let you walk in and get treated.

Anti-Aging Medical and Laser Clinic is an establishment that immediately drew our attention because of its wide variety of services. The clinic offers everything from injectibles to facials, hair loss treatments and everything in between.

One particular treatment of theirs that we liked was the “Vampire Facial”, which as you may have gleaned from its name, prolongs your youthful look. This is done through injectables and the results are long-lasting, which is impressive given that the recovery time is 1 to 3 days.

We also loved that they have their own store so people can order all their skincare maintenance needs in one place. We’ve also seen people order items from this store online and they say that they ship fast, which is an instant plus.

As far as things that we didn’t like, we could only name two. Firstly, we didn’t like how there’s a hefty upfront fee just to make an appointment because the treatments and services themselves are already pricey in their own right.

Furthermore, we noticed that their customer service isn’t as friendly as we would’ve liked, and we’ve also seen other clients run into this kind of problem.

Aside from these two factors, we can still recommend this place because of the variety of services they offer. 

SKN Holistic Rejuvenation is one of those clinics that will always be brought up in the conversation when making lists like this. It’s one of the oldest clinics in the industry, being founded in 2008, so you’ll know you’re in the hands of experienced professionals,

Not only that but the tools and equipment they feature here are all up to date, which further reinstates that they’re the cream of the crop. These tools are used in their wide selection of services such as micro-needling, dermaplaning and more.

One service that we want to highlight is their patented Hydrafacial MD, which is a multi-step service that consists of peeling, facials and more. We thought that it was worth highlighting because of their painless extraction, which is always a good thing in our books.

One of our favourite things about this clinic is its monthly specials, which are perfect for frugal clients like us. How this works is that each month, they’ll introduce different kinds of bundles and discounts on their world-famous treatments to help customers save more.

The only thing that we think will rub the people the wrong way about this place is its above-average rates. If you can look past that, however, you’re looking at one of the most reliable anti-aging clinics in Vancouver.

The Vanity Lab features an impressive selection of rejuvenating services such as facials, peels and injectables. 

All of them are worth highlighting in their own right, but one particular service we recommend is the At-Home Retinal Peel. As you may have gleaned from its name, this special formula can be taken at home so you won’t have to go through the hassle of going to the clinic.

Another thing we appreciated about this clinic is that they can cater to different kinds of skin conditions. Whether you’re dealing with scarring, hair removal, rosacea or anything in between, they’ve got something to aid you.

We also loved how this place felt more like a spa instead of a clinic, making it feel more comfortable and accessible. This is perfect for those who are hesitant to enter clinics or those who just fear medical facilities, 

They also have an in-house shop where you can order skincare products that can help you maintain your newly rejuvenated skin. This in-house store also holds regular discounts so that’s an instant win for us frugal clients.

As for its downsides, we could only think of one and that is their mandatory paid consultation, which all patients are required to go through. 

Although this is understandable for new clients, it’s a bit of a hassle if you’ve been getting treated by them for months or even years. Plus, it doesn’t help that the consultation fee is a bit hefty as well. 

Derma Bright Clinic is one of the best places to go if you want to alleviate different kinds of signs of aging. Right off the bat, we were impressed to see the different treatments they offer to combat these kinds of signs, whether it be sagging skin, wrinkles, fine lines and more.

For instance, they offer a service called “technical facials and peels”, which combines the use of non-invasive devices and peels. They promise that after these treatments, your skin will feel and look more youthful.

Aside from that, we also wanted to highlight their unique and futuristic light therapy, which uses LED and oxygen to rejuvenate skin–pretty neat, right?

Another example of their state-of-the-art facilities is their laser technology. They feature a brand called “Icon”, which promises to deliver quick and easy treatments.

We were also confident that we’re in good hands in this clinic because of the 10+ years of experience under their belt. This kind of tenure, matched with their professional staff makes for a comfortable and worry-free experience.

The only things we didn’t like about the clinic were its limited operating hours and slightly pricey rates. Aside from these two factors, we appreciated everything about this establishment, from the customer service to the treatments offered and so on.
